The whole ingredient list

THREE
INGREDIENTS.

  1. 01

    Water Lily Seeds

    Euryale ferox

An aquatic botanical prized in Ayurvedic tradition for millennia. Popped, they become an impossibly light crunch.

  2. 02

    Ghee

    Clarified butter

The cornerstone fat of Ayurvedic cooking. Never seed oils, never olive oil — ghee is what makes these taste like they should.

  3. 03

    Himalayan Pink Salt

    Nothing else

One finishing salt, and that is the whole list. No refined oils, no artificial additives, nothing you cannot picture in nature.

  • No Seed Oils
  • Antioxidant Rich
  • Gluten Free
  • Plant Protein
  • Low Calorie

Our story

MADE IN A
HOME KITCHEN.

Véya started with our founder, Aneesha, in New York — cutting processed food out of her life entirely and popping lily seeds on her own stove because nothing on the shelf was clean enough.

The name comes from the Sanskrit root of Veda — knowledge, wisdom. It is the oldest idea we know, made for the way people eat now.

Why now

The Ayurvedic pantry is the last great culinary tradition without a modern brand.

Ingredients that have fed people for centuries have never been presented in a way that feels desirable to how we eat today — the packaging skews traditional or clinical, and rarely anything in between. Véya sits in that gap: editorial, clean, unmistakably modern, and completely honest about what's inside.
